General Conditions of Participation Parties, Courses and Workshops Atelier Noord
1. General
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all activities, including parties, courses and workshops, organized by Atelier Noord.
1.2 By registering or participating in an activity, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Registration and Payment
2.1 Registration for an activity is binding upon receipt of confirmation by email or in writing.
2.2 The participant is obliged to pay the full amount before the start of the activity, unless otherwise agreed.
2.3 In case of late payment, Atelier Noord reserves the right to cancel the registration.
3. No-show Policy
3.1 In case of absence ("no-show"), refunds are excluded.
3.2 Any costs incurred (equipment rental, catering, venue) may be charged.
3.2 Missed course lessons cannot be made up
4. Cancellation or Modification by Atelier Noord
4.1 Atelier Noord reserves the right to cancel or modify an activity in the event of insufficient participants, force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances.
4.2 In the event of cancellation by Atelier Noord , the participant will receive a full refund.
5. Liability
5.1 Participation is at your own risk.
5.2 Atelier Noord is not liable for personal injury or loss, theft or damage to participants' property during the activity.
5.3 Participants are liable for damage they cause to materials, locations or third parties.
6. Conduct and Access
6.1 Participants must behave respectfully toward other participants, staff and materials.
6.2 Atelier Noord reserves the right to deny participants access or remove them for misconduct or failure to comply with house rules.
7. Photograph and Video Recordings
7.1 During activities, photographs and videos may be taken for promotional purposes.
7.2 If you do not wish to be identified in the picture, you must make this known in advance.
8. Privacy
8.1 Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable privacy legislation (AVG).
8.2 Data will only be used for administrative purposes and communication related to the activity.
9. Applicable law
9.1 Dutch law applies to these general terms and conditions.
9.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where the organization is based.
